10/6/2025 Himalayan HeartBeat Retreat 2026This retreat is an invitation to immerse yourself in meditation, dance, self-awareness and the intrinsic wisdom of the Heart, surrounded by snow mountains, and the ancient Tibetan culture. Our journey begins with a 3-day course called “The Heart Sutra”, in which we will explore the energetics of the heart center through guided meditations, conscious dance practices, sharings, and personal coaching support. Learning to be centered in the heart space, opens us to our own compassion and clear intuition. These days provide a strong, grounded foundation for the adventures that follow. From there, we will set off on an exploration of the surroundings of Dharamsala, the home of the Dalai Lama, enjoying hikes to stunning waterfalls and higher mountain trails, letting nature’s silence guide us deeper within. Along the way we will as well visit Tibetan Buddhist monasteries and sacred sites, and we will enjoy the vast offerings in the area such as ecstatic dance, a variety of yoga practices, Tibetan medicine and traditional crafts, connecting deeply with the richness of this land.
