OSHO No-Mind
OSHO No-Mind is a powerful Meditative Therapy of 7 days, 2 hours a day, consisting of an hour of gibberish –speaking in nonsense words, using any language that you don’t know– followed by an hour of sitting silently.
Give your mind all the space and permission to express whatever it needs to express. Empty it of all the inner noise and experience the peace and relaxation of a silent mind – the essence of no-mind, of meditation.
GIBBERISH
In that first hour we have the perfect opportunity to throw out the gibberish of the mind. As Osho explains, “Gibberish is one of the most scientific ways to clean your mind”. And also that:
Just say everything that you ever wanted to say and have not been able to say because of civilization, education, culture, and society. And say it in any language you don’t know! Simply allow whatever comes to your mind without bothering about its rationality, reasonability, meaning, or significance.
SITTING IN SILENCE
Just be absolutely silent, gather your whole energy inwards, just like you are coming home.
After seven days you will experience yourself in a different space: softer, with less mind and more present.

OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind
This course is a guided one-week process, lasting one hour per day.
We have lost touch with our bodies; we take them for granted until something goes wrong. Then we go to a doctor to get fixed – just as we would take a car to a mechanic. We treat the symptoms, but while we may be able to force a symptom to disappear it will often pop up as something else because the root cause, within the bodymind, has not been addressed.
In a light trance, combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will explore and befriend your bodymind's creative and self-healing energies. You will be able to focus these energies on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains – anything that needs to be brought to wholeness and balance again.
By bringing awareness to the self-healing process, you will be more relaxed with your body and self-nurturing will start to happen naturally and spontaneously.

A 21-day meditative therapy, 3 hours a day: first week Laughter, second week Tears, last week Silence.
Whenever any experience is not fully lived in the moment, it leaves a residue inside us. It may be a small thing or something really significant but those residues or scars stay in the unconscious blocking our natural ability to flower to our full potential. Whatever is left in the unconscious remains, waiting for an opportunity to be expressed, accepted, and resolved. When we allow all our un-laughed laughter, our un-cried tears, and our un-lived silence to be experienced, we can allow whatever is in the unconscious to flow freely and be lived now – and be resolved forever.
The laughter, tears and silence do their work without the need for words, discussion, or analysis as is typical of conventional “therapy.” You just participate with totality and sincerity, and the rest happens by itself.
